What we collect

Registration and interest forms collect your contact details, professional role and organisation. WhatsApp contact is optional and requires your permission. Professional roles are self-reported, not independently verified.

What the walkthrough records

We record when you start a case, attach a sample, run a quality check, open an assessment, record a care decision and request a PDF report. Each case is a separate walkthrough. Feedback includes your rating, adoption concerns, suggestions and chosen next step.

Visit measurement

First-party session records measure visits and campaign sources such as Instagram or WhatsApp. A new visit begins after 30 minutes of inactivity. These approximate sessions, not verified people. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints or patient content in visit analytics. Essential session cookies also keep you signed in.

Why we use it

Vanara Health Technologies uses these records to evaluate the MVP, improve the workflow and follow up on requests you submit. Registered activity and feedback are linked to your account and are visible in the owner’s private validation dashboard. A request does not enrol you in a paid subscription.

Your choices

You may skip feedback and use the public site without registering. To request access, correction or deletion of your evaluation records, use the contact form with your registered email address. Please include no real patient information. Demo workspaces use supplied sample records.
